Gallery purchases
We are happy to exchange your purchase for other gallery items within 3 months. Sorry, no refunds.
Class registration
Payment in full is required when registering. Refund, less $60 admin fee, is given up to 2 weeks prior to start of course. No refund after two weeks prior to start of course.
Class participation
3 hour class includes 20-30 minutes of dedicated cleaning time
Photos of work may be taken and displayed on the website and/or social media
A single missed class can be made up during an alternate time during the current session. More than one missed class cannot be guaranteed a make up time, but Clay Design makes every reasonable effort to accommodate
We hold onto creations for 3-months, after which items will be recycled.
Safe Space. Zero tolerance of racism, sexism, homophobia, or other bullying behaviours
Dress code: Casual clothing and shoes. We use white clay that will wash out from fabrics. Suede and plush fabrics are not recommended. Long hair should be tied back.
